1. Information We Collect

This website collects only the following single piece of information.

• Email address — only when you voluntarily submit it through the Get launch alert form.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or payment information.

2. How We Collect It

We collect it solely through the email notification sign-up form on the /notify page. If you do not submit the form, no information is stored.

3. Purpose of Use

• To send a notification email when the KingDoKu app series launches (1–2 times at most).
• No other advertising, marketing, or third-party sharing whatsoever.

4. Retention and Deletion

• Deleted in bulk within six months after the launch notifications are sent.
• Deleted immediately upon user request (simply reply to the email — no separate procedure required).
• Storage location: Cloudflare infrastructure (TLS 1.3 encryption in transit).

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not provide, sell, or share the collected email addresses with any third party. We are not integrated with any advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Visit Analytics

This website uses no visitor analytics. No Google Analytics or any other analytics script is installed, and we set no tracking cookies. If we ever add one, we will update this policy first.

7. App Data (KingDoKu Series)

This policy also applies to all KingDoKu apps in addition to the website above. The apps collect the following data.

• Advertising — Every KingDoKu app serves Google AdMob ads. For this, advertising identifiers, device information, in-app interactions, crash logs, and diagnostics may be collected and processed by Google.
• No accounts — no KingDoKu app creates an account. There is no sign-in or sign-up, and your progress, records and settings stay on your device; they are never sent to a server of ours.
• App data deletion — deleting an app removes everything it stored on your device along with it. See the Account & Data Deletion page for the procedure.

8. Your Rights

A single email lets you exercise all of your rights.

• Request to confirm or delete the email address you registered.
• Opt out of launch notifications.
• Request to suspend processing or to correct your information.
