These Terms govern your use of the KingDoKu promotional website (kingdoku.com). This website is operated to introduce the KingDoKu app series (Baekdoku, Cheondoku, Mandoku). The terms of use for the apps themselves are agreed to and confirmed separately within each app.
1. Nature of the Website
This website is provided solely for the following purposes.
- Introducing the KingDoKu app series and providing launch information.
- Accepting sign-ups for email launch notifications (voluntary submission only).
- Providing download links for each app.
The website itself does not provide any games. The games are provided through separate apps (App Store / Google Play).
2. Rights and Trademarks
- The combination of KingDoKu, Baekdoku, Cheondoku, Mandoku, and the related Chinese-character series (百·千·萬·禪·陽·月·上·下) are unregistered trademarks of KingDoKu.
- Copyright in the illustrations, graphics, and text on this site belongs to KingDoKu.
- Quoting, redistributing, or reproducing the site design without prior written consent is prohibited.
- This website asserts no trademark rights whatsoever in the game "Sudoku." "Sudoku" is a registered trademark of Nikoli Co., Ltd.
3. Permitted Use
- Viewing the site pages in a standard browser.
- Voluntarily registering your email address through the launch notification form.
- Viewing the detail pages for each SKU.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Mass-harvesting site content with automated tools (scrapers or crawlers).
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the site or any part of it.
- Operating a copycat site that imitates the design or wording of this website.
- Spam or fraudulent sign-ups through the email form (including entering another person’s email address on their behalf).
5. App Use
The terms of use, pricing policies, and content rights for each of the Baekdoku, Cheondoku, and Mandoku apps are governed by the separate terms within each app. Apart from providing download guidance, this website forms no contractual relationship with respect to the apps.
